Finn "karrigan" Andersen will likely not be able to attend the entirity of ELEAGUE's Group C, kicking off on Tuesday, due to his ESTA application being denied. Astralis are set to travel to Atlanta for ELEAGUE's Group C, which is starting in two days, although they might come one man short. According to Finn "karrigan" Andersen's Tweet, his ESTA application, a system that permits citizens of 38 countries under the Visa Waiver Program to travel to the United States, was denied.
Due to a recent change of conditions needed to meet in order for the application to be approved, karrigan cannot travel to the United States without a proper visa as he has traveled to Iran (under fnatic) in the past five years. As he only has under two days to apply for a visa, it's highly likely he will not be able to travel to the United States in time for the kick-off of Group C, where Astralis is set to meet NRG in the first match at 18:00 on Tuesday, June 7th. ELEAGUE's official rulebook states that teams are obliged to submit a five-man roster plus two substitutes and are allowed to substitute a player twice per season. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
