To close out our coverage of IEM Katowice, we have interviewed the Most Valuable Player, Emil "Magisk" Reif, about Astralis becoming back-to-back Major champions. Astralis pulled off their second Major win in a row following a confident run to the title, beating ENCE in a convincing grand final affair featuring a 16-11 win on Train and a 16-4 debacle on Inferno. Magisk led the team to the triumph, adding the first Major MVP medal to his tally, the second overall following Astralis' previous title-winning campaign at BLAST Pro Series Lisbon at the end of 2018. We spoke to the MVP after the grand final to ask him about becoming a back-to-back Major champion, about his improved individual level as of late, and got his thoughts on teams who could potentially challenge the Danes as 2019 progresses.
